I have been coming to Coldwater Mountain for almost 3 years for some of the best riding in Alabama (I life near Mobile so it’s a commitment!). I have visited Wigs Wheels several times and they have been fantastic!!! Today Wig helped me huge!!! I got a puncture on bomb dog and while it sealed… the spray on the rear of my bike, seat and Seatpost was a MESS! I walked in and asked where a self serve car wash was to clean the bike up before it dried. Wig said pull around back and pulled out a hose to wash the sealant off! They will always get my business when I am in town!!! Thank you so much Wig you are the MAN!!!
The service provided by Wig’s Wheels was the greatest. They refurbished two old police bikes and made them operate like new bikes. They provided the best quality of work and the bikes were out on bike patrol the very next day after we picked them up. The customer service was outstanding and the owner Wig was the nicest guy to work with. Thank you Wig from the Piedmont Police Department and Chief Nathan Johnson
Wiggs staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and can do . You just don't see bike shops at their level very often. Wiggs goes out of their way to keep me and my bike on the road. An example of their experience and helpfulness...(I can describe several. ) Day before Cheaha Challenge bike ride I broke my rear derailleur off. Another local bike shop told me I needed a new electronic di2 derailleur which they didn't have. Wiggs informed me that all I needed was a derailleur hanger which they had in stock which was also an up grade.(wolf tooth) Repaired the bike in 15 min. They saved me at least 250.00 that day. I COULD GO ON AND ON.
